The training will be conducted in the Occupational Health Centre (OHS) and CFP Dispensary and OHS under the M&HS Department.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the prescribed age and educational/professional qualification requirements on the date of the walk-in interview.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have any of the qualifications specified in the advertisement, including:
Intermediate (10+2) with Science from a university/institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
Diploma or Certificate Course in Dresser/Compounder from a recognized university or institution.
B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institute/college affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council.
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) from a recognized institute/college affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council.
Candidates having nursing qualifications should have the required State Nursing Council registration/certificate as applicable.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 30 years as on the date of the walk-in interview.

SAIL CFP Dresser Cum Compounder Stipend 2026
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 during the training period.
In addition, candidates may receive a Knowledge Enhancement Allowance linked to attendance, subject to the prescribed conditions.

SAIL CFP Selection Process
Selection for the Proficiency Training will be made through a walk-in interview.
The candidates will be screened and those selected for the interview will be considered on a first-cum-first-served basis. If the number of candidates is higher, the interview may continue on another day, subject to the conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
The selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the interview.
In case of a tie in the final cut-off score, the candidate having a higher percentage of marks in the aggregate of the qualifying qualification will be considered as specified in the notification.
