Qualification:
Master’s in Child Psychology OR
MA/MSc Psychology / MPhil in Clinical Psychology / Mental Health & Social Psychology with RCI Registration
Selected candidates (as per S.No 2 qualification) must undergo a certificate course from institutions like National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences within 3 months at their own expense.
Remuneration: ₹33,075/- per month
3️⃣ Optometrist – 1 Post
Roster Point: SC (Women) Gr-I
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Optometry
Remuneration: ₹29,549/- per month
4️⃣ Dental Technician – 2 Posts
Roster Points: SC (Women) Gr-II, BC-A (Women)
Qualification: 1 or 2-year Dental Technician Course
Must possess AP State Dental registration
Dental Mechanic candidates are also eligible

5️⃣ Staff Nurse – 1 Post

Qualification:
GNM Course from Govt/Govt Recognized Institute
Must be registered with AP Nursing Council

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has officially released Notification No. 01/2026 dated 24.02.2026 for recruitment under the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), National Health Mission (NHM), in the Erstwhile East Godavari District.
This recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies in District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC) on a contract basis with approval from the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare (CH&FW), AP, Mangalagiri.

About RBSK – National Health Mission
National Health Mission (NHM) is a flagship healthcare initiative of the Government of India. Under NHM, the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) focuses on early identification and intervention for children from birth to 18 years with health conditions.
The recruitment is being conducted in coordination with the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, Guntur District.
Reservation Policy
Reservations apply as per AP State and Subordinate Service Rules:
SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation
BC/EWS: 3 years relaxation
Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + service length
Differently Abled: 10 years
Maximum Age Limit: 52 years (with relaxations)
Upper Age Limit: 42 years (as on 08.12.2025)

75% Marks – Academic qualification aggregate
10 Marks – Experience after qualification (1 mark per year)
15% Weightage – Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium service including COVID-19 service
Area-Based Weightage:
Tribal Area: 2.5 marks per 6 months
Rural Area: 2.0 marks per 6 months
Urban Area: 1.0 mark per 6 months
COVID-19 weightage applicable only with proper certification from competent authority (DMHO/DCHS/Principal/Superintendent).
