A. Patient Care Duties
Provide direct patient care including:

B. Clinical Duties
Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records

IV lines
Catheterization
Wound dressing and basic procedures
C. Administrative & Support Duties
Ensure patient safety and quality care
Maintain ward cleanliness and hygiene
Follow health centre procedures and protocols
Assist doctors and Assistant Nursing Superintendent
Support development and improvement of healthcare facilities
Maintain confidentiality, medical ethics, and SOPs
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Institute
