Staff Nurse job description:

District Health And Family Welfare Society Panipat department under the Government of   Haryana  recruiting  Staff Nurse  in the month of December 2020 .They are 09 Staff Nurse vacancies.The application can apply online before   30/12/2020  .  The minimum qualification required for the Staff Nurse post is B. Sc. Nursing /GNM  and the Selection will be based on written test

Staff Nurse  Qualification & experience : 

B. Sc. Nursing /GNM course from institutions recognized by Haryana Government Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council. Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

Staff Nurse Selection Process :    

Selection will be based on  written test

Note : 1. If a candidate is applying for more than one post, separate application forms must be filled and serial number and name of the post must be clearly mentioned in the application form.

2. Selection criteria for recruitment for these posts will be as per MD, NHM Haryana Memo No. NHM/Admn/HR/2020-21/8956-77 dated 01-12-2020.

3. The candidate must give a valid email ID/ mobile number, in clear legible handwriting, in the application form for communication.

4. Number of seats may increase or decrease as per approval from office of Mission Director, National Health Mission Haryana, Panchkula.

5. Incomplete application forms will not be entertained and will be rejected. Such applicants will not be called for written proficiency test. No correspondence will be done from this office regarding incomplete application forms.

6. It will be the sole responsibility of applicant to submit duly filled application form along with self-attested photocopies of documents regarding qualifications, experience and proof of residence.

7. Guidelines issued in NHM Service Bye Laws shall be referred for instructions regarding age, salary and other service benefits. Any other clarification may be sought from 0/0 NHM Panipat.
