District Health Society Poonch Department under the  Government of India recruiting Community Nurse in the month of November 2020,The Screening/Written Test will be conducted on 18/11/2020 .There are 01 Community Nurse Vacancies.  The minimum qualification required for the Community Nurse post is   B.Sc Nursing or GNM  and the selection will be based on Screening/Written Test

Community Nurse Qualification & experience : 

B.Sc Nursing or GNM from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India 

Desirable : 2 years experience of working in hospital

Selection will be based on Screening/Written Test

Note : The application should be addressed to chief Medical officer cum vice chairman District Health society Poonch on prescribed format as Annexure "B" along with attested copies .of supporting documents/certificates must reach the office of the undersigned by post or by hand against proper receipt latest by 13/11/2020
